Breakfast at Wartling Place..

Served in our large dining room overlooking the gardens, our menu includes fresh fruit, a choice of cereals, whole-foods, greek yogurt, followed by a freshly cooked to order varied choice. Our ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible.

Free-range eggs are delivered by a local farmer, smoked salmon comes from Hastings Old Town, our bacon &  sausages from a local producer, herbs &  salads from our own gardens here at Wartling Place.

The Red Lion at Hooe, 14th Century Coaching Inn serving a vast selection of excellent home cooked food, is  just a five minute drive. across the pretty Pevensey Marsh

The Bulls Head at Boreham Street a traditional Harveys Inn with a great menu,  roaring log fires in the winter and plenty of local banter around the bar.

The Raipur in Pevensey Bay serving a superb fusion Asian menu &  the Eastern Promise in Herstmonceux.

The Sundial Restaurant in Herstmonceux fine dining & something quite special.

Powder Mills in Battle has an lovely restaurant in the Orangery. 

Smugglers in Pevensey. Lovely old pub really good food and good value for money. Friendly staff.

White Seafood and Steak Bar, excellent fish restaurant in Battle High Street, good atmosphere.

And along the coast at Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne &  there is a wealthly plethora of great restaurants for you to try, and a night out in Brighton is only a half hour drive away.
